Shipping & Returns

Shipping charges are flat-rate and are based on average shipping costs on most orders.  If flat rate shipping charges applied to orders are exceeded by actual shipping charges, we will contact you to discuss other options.  Similiarly, smaller orders may be adjusted accordingly to save you money.  Our customer service team will work to find the best option for you depending on your location and the specific items you order.

Armor Headsets offers a no hassle 30-day money back guarantee.  If for whatever reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, simply return it to us and we will refund you provided the following conditions are met:

• Products are shipped back to Armor Headsets at the customer's expense
• Products must be returned in original condition and good working order
• Products must be returned in original packaging or incur a 15% restocking fee
• All original packaging and product contents must be included (manuals, cords, promotional items, etc.)
